Allium is toxic to cats and dogs, so keep it out of reach of pets and do not allow them to drink water from the vase.
Before placing allium in a vase, refresh the cut by trimming 1–2 cm and fill it with fresh, cool water, changing it daily. Place the flower away from direct sunlight and heat sources — in cooler conditions, allium stays fresh longer. Over time, it naturally dries while maintaining its perfect spherical shape without shedding, so it can be left as a dried flower.
