Right after purchase, refresh the cut by trimming the stems by 1–2 cm and place the flowers in clean, cool water. Remove any leaves that may end up in the water. For roses, a tall and wide vase (approximately 30×15 cm) works best. If you don’t have one, simply trim the stems to fit your vase so that about 2/3 of their length is in the water. Do not place the vase near radiators, in direct sunlight, or next to fruit. Change the water daily or at least every other day, refreshing the cut each time - this will help the roses stay fresh and beautiful longer.
