Dahlias may be toxic to cats and dogs. If your pet likes to chew on plants, it's best to keep the bouquet out of their reach.

Flower care

After purchase, trim 1–2 cm off the stems and place the dahlias in a clean vase with cool water. Because their stems are hollow, they especially benefit from fresh water, so change it every 1–2 days and recut the stems. Keep the flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight and ripe fruit, to enjoy them for longer.
