Considered safe for homes with pets; however, the dense, firm leaves may cause irritation and discomfort if ingested. It is therefore recommended to place the plant out of pets’ reach, especially if they tend to chew on greenery.
After purchase, trim the stems by 1–2 cm and place them in clean water. Change the water every 2–3 days and rinse the vase to reduce the risk of rot. Keep in a cool place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
